The Big Dip, sponsored by our friends at Speedo will be opened by Olympic Swimmer and LGBTQIA+ activist Michael Gunning.
With space for 200 participants to take a dip in the sea, we hope to make a huge splash by raising vital funds for Switchboard LGBTQIA+ Helpline.
There will be pre and post-swim activities, including breathwork sessions, a pop-up sauna and a post-event celebration at Sealanes.
All participants will get a specially designed Speedo x Pride Swim swim cap, a medal and a Speedo goody bag.
The price to join is £10, with the opportunity to add an extra donation to Switchboard.
